MOPAR MAX EVENT ALIVE AND WELL

Make Plans To Attend September 23-25

The Mopar Max Event presented by Victory Performance Parts and Mopar Max.com is alive and well as plans move forward for the event at Cedar Falls Raceway. Plans were finalized today, September 8 with Dennis Mothershed of Victory Performance Parts on the feature cars for the event. A special Nitro match race will feature the Dunn and Gone Hemi powered Altered against the Funny Car Dodge Challenger driven by Chris Schneider and tuned by the legendary "Hawaiian" Roland Leong. In addition special AFX match race cars will be in attendance.

"This is one event that any true muscle car or Mopar fan must be at" said Dan Driscoll. "With drag racing, a car show and swap meet along with the special feature cars this will be a special one" he continued.

The event gets underway on Friday evening, September 23 with a special "Mopar Only" test-n-tune from 6:30 PM - 9 PM. Gates open Friday at 6 PM. Then on Saturday, the action heats up with drag racing competition, the swap meet, a Mopar Car Show (10 AM - 2 PM) and the special exhibition cars taking the track mid afternoon and evening.
