BIG TWO DAY OPENING THIS WEEKEND

This Saturday and Sunday, April 21 & 22 are the opening days for racing this season at Cedar Falls Raceway. "We have been doing a lot of work getting ready for the season" said G.M. Dan Driscoll. "We will still be under construction and remodeling this weekend, but at least everyone can see we are working on the place." he continued.

The Spring Warm Up and Swap Meet is open both days for everyone to make test-n-tune time runs and grudge races. In addition, for those with parts to sell or buy the facility is also open with swap meet spaces. Gates Open Saturday at 10 AM with time runs scheduled to start at 11 AM. As time permits a gamblers race will be conducted each day. On Sunday, gates will open at 9 AM as the NHRA will be on hand to Meet and Greet the racers and certify chassis with time trials again underway at 11 AM. As of this writing some certification spots remain available on the schedule. Those interested in getting a certification, should call the main office at 309-654-2110.
