MBA DREAM WINNERS ANNOUNCED
BJORHEIM & KRUSE
TAKE CHAMPIONSHIPS
Eric Bjorheim and Terry Kruse scored points championships in the Super Pro & Pro Categories in the Midwest Bracket Alliance (MBA) Series. Bjormheim representing Cedar Falls Raceway and Kruse representing Eddyville Raceway participated in the three track series to win the titles. Bjormheim attended all ten events, but really made a statement at Eddyville on Labor day weekend gaining 152 points of his 313 total. Kruse attended 9 of 10 events scoring big at Cedar Falls on June 16 as well as at Cordova on September 30 to finish with 292 points. "The points series was tight in both the Super Pro and Pro categories" said Scott Gardner. "I could see several drivers were nervous going into the final race at Cordova on Sunday, September 30" he concluded.
The 2007 Midwest Bracket Alliance (MBA) was a series of 10 events at Cedar Falls, Cordova and Eddyville Raceways, where drivers in Super Pro and Pro ET classes raced for points to win a race car make-over. "I know Eric is on cloud nine" said Gardner, who spoke with him at the conclusion of the last event. "He was all smiles and deserves to be a champion."
