FINAL MIDNIGHT MANIA THIS SATURDAY

It's the final Midnight Mania event of the season at Cedar Falls Raceway this Saturday, September 1st. Midnight Mania at CFR is open to cars and bikes that are street legal with DOT tires and mufflers. In addition to heads up instant green starts (just like on the streets), there is a burn-out contest and flag girl contest. "These events are designed to get people off the streets and side roads and out to the track in a safer environment" said Dan Driscoll. "These are very popular events as we get some really neat cars and bikes" he continued.

Gates open Saturday at 8 PM with racing scheduled from 9 PM till 1 AM. In addition to Midnight Mania on Saturday, CFR has a regular Friday Fun Night with racing open for everyone. Gates open at 5:30 PM on Friday with racing underway at 6:30 PM. Full blown race cars and bikes are welcome to attend the Friday Fun Night event.
